Inspecting a shipment
Check package condition, quantities, seals and available transport records promptly at the applicable delivery or inspection point.

Reporting a concern
Contact sales@jtenkglobalmetals.com with the order or invoice reference, product/lot identifiers, description of the issue, photos and any independent test reports. Include relevant carrier documentation for transit damage.
Assessment and resolution
We review claims against the agreed specifications, inspection protocol, contractual acceptance periods and applicable law. Any return authorisation, replacement, credit or refund is assessed case by case and is not automatically guaranteed.
Do not return goods without instructions
Some products may be regulated, sensitive or unsuitable for unrestricted return shipping. Obtain written handling and return instructions first.
